Potato Raita
Ingredients
- 225ml Yoghurt
- 100ml Milk
- ½ teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- ¼ teaspoon roasted Cumin Seeds
- 225ml boiled and sliced Potatoes
- Salt to taste
Method
- Beat the yoghurt in a bowl until smooth while adding milk.
- Place cold potatoes into a serving dish.
- Add the yoghurt mixture to the potatoes and other ingredients; mix well.
- Serve it cold with rice, or curries.
